All events will be run in order: (Girls - Boys) unless otherwise noted. All running events are Finals and on a Rolling Schedule. |

Entries:
|
39 total individual entries per gender. NO POLE VAULT. One (1) relay per team. All entries are
contingent upon receipt of entry fee. Make sure that all athletes that may be used in the meet are in your Team
Manager roster when you complete your entry export. |
| Meet is open for Virginia Public Schools. |
|
| Entry Deadline: |
All entries must be completed using Hy-Tek Team Manager ONLY. No phone or email entries will be
accepted. |
| Entry deadline will be Tuesday, March 11, 2008. Late entries will not be
accepted! |
| Entries are closed at 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 22, 2008 and
must be completed using Hy-Tek Team Manager. Scratches and substitutions must be completed before Thursday, April 24th. |

Click on the Hy-Tek icon and select "Save". Download the Meet Events file and import the file into your Team Manager system and create your entries. |

| Entry Fee: |
$100 per team or $150 if entering both boys and girls teams. Individuals may be entered for
$10 per athlete per event or $25 per relay per event. Entry fees are due by Friday, March 14th. |

| Track: |
Eight-lane, all weather track surfaces. |
|
| Track Area: |
Team tents may be setup at the Northeast corner of the stadium. The practice field located out the Northeast gate can be used
for additional warm-up space. Remind all athletes to stay outside
the track perimeter at all times. No one should be on the infield. We do not want to hassle you or
your athletes but, to insure a good meet for both athletes and
spectators, everyone must stay clear of the event areas except
the actual competitors in that event. We appreciate your cooperation
in this endeavor. |

| Considerations: |
This meet will be conducted under NFHS rules for track & field. |
| Opening Heights (High Jump): Boys - 5’6" being raised 2' to 6’4" and 1" thereafter;
Girls - 4’6" being raised 2" to 5’4" and 1" thereafter. |

| Timing: |
Fully automatic timing with Finish Lynx. |
|
| Awards: |
Scoring: 10 - 8 - 6 - 5 - 4 - 3 - 2 - 1 (FOR ALL EVENTS) |
| Medals: Top 8 places in individual and 4 relay events. |
| Trophies: Top 3 overall team places. |
| Plaque: The top combined school (Boys and Girls Team Score) |

| Results: |
Results will be posted on the wall of the Press Box. They will be updated
as each event is completed. At the conclusion of the meet, results will be posted on the meet website. |

| Admission: |
$5 per person. In addition, t-shirts and concessions will be on sale. |

| Lunch: |
Lunch will be provided to coaches. |
